Our summer favourites:
The Paloma, Mexico’s national drink, contains tequila and pink grapefruit soda, served in a tall glass with salt on the rim and a pink grapefruit wedge. First appeared in Tequila Town in Jalisco, now is Father’s most refreshing cocktail.
The Tom Collins, our latest entry, is the evenings’ highpoint in Father, as the gin and sparkling lemonade excites the taste glands, and the hot red cherry-top advises for refills during a warm summer night.
