A cannelé is a small French pastry flavoured with rum and vanilla. It is characterized by a soft and tender custard centre and a dark, thick caramelized crust. It is a specialty of the Bordeaux region of France, and recently of Father Coffee. Our handmade cannelé, made with simple ingredients and love, are a favourite companion for our blends every Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, fresh off the oven. Recipe to follow soon.
